There's a tropical storm coming. His name is Isaac. Landing over the southern part of Florida, it's slowly making its way here. College classes and activities are canceled tomorrow and people are being evacuated out of the dorms in Fort Myers. I mean, I am no weather reporter, but because of the empty shelves where the gallons of water usually sit, I would say Isaac is pretty legit.
I guess it's a good thing all I plan on doing this week is going to work and homework. Both of which are inside. Homework has been attempted outside before, but then all I end up with is a sweat stained book and smeared writing. It's hot here people, and I sweat. Newsflash I know. So, this means no outside activities for me. Thanks Isaac for working into my schedule, it's very appreciated.
What else am I up to? Well since you asked, I just got back home. And, I leave again on Thursday to go to Tallahassee to see my best friend, her new house, and the city I've only ever spent 4 hours in. She's the one who inspired THIS post, and has the key hole in this best friend tattoo relationship. Come fast Thursday!
Check back this week for my birthday wish list! Because you know there's nothing more exciting than a birthday. However, I will accept packages with a pretty bows on them anytime. wink wink
