Geeze, not in that way people! Get your mind out of the gutter.
But yesterday, I did strip myself of the fashionable layers and ended up in a pair of breathable shorts, worn out t-shirt, hair in a pony tail, no makeup, and tennis shoes. Pretty sexy sounding, I know.
A class called ab attack was the first torture I put my body through, and yes, it definitely attacked my abs along with my arms and my thighs as well. Not quite sure if the name is fitting.
Then right after, a class that I recently started doing this year, zumba, made my body its next victim. 30 plus girls, all crammed in a a 20 foot room, shaking their bootys like there's no tomorrow. If you've never tried it, you should. I thought I had no dancing abilities, but believe me, I am not the only one. As long as you can jump, squat, and don't care what you look like in front of a bunch of strangers, this class will be perfect for you.
So, this week, isntead of feeling the burn from my favorite picante restaurant style salsa, I am feeling the burn over half of my muscles. Good trade I would say.
What are your best work out secrets, classes, and ways to feel the burn? I need to know!
