You know that old fable that if you don't wash your hair everyday, it is actually healthier and won't get greasy as fast? Well I don't think it's really that old and I am here to tell you that it is not a fable. All my life I have had blonde hair. Thin and light do not mix well with the things that go on throughout the day such as sweat, the occasional bug, and fingers running through it. I was convinced that because my hair got greasy so fast, I had to wash it every single day. I'm not sure what happened. Maybe it was my busy schedule or what seems like a lack of hygiene, but I now no longer wash my hair every day. And guess what? It's not greasy. Now I can't wear my hair down with my bangs touching my forehead for days on end, but I can wear it down and in the bun that you've seen above for a lot longer than I used to be able to. The really only thing I have to say about skirts is keep your eyes, or bum, open. If there is wind, they will fly up. Which is precisely what happened with the one I am wearing about four times during picture taking. I will have to check the weather forecast before wearing this polka dot number.

oh I know what you mean about keeping an eye on your skirts..getting out of cars is the worst..I may or may not have had a few Marilyn Monroe moments haha. Loving the mix of prints in your outfit!
I agree about skirts. I normally wear bike shorts underneath because I'm afraid of wind blowing it up. I've had one too many incidents :). Great outfit, none the less!

Haha, that's the thing about skirts! I love wearing them, but the wind and I are not friends.
Alternating shampoos every time you wash your hair is also a good way to keep your hair from getting too oily!
