This is someone that has been there for me since I can remember.
Bill, you may not be my biological father, but you have been there for me in every way a real father should. I don't know where our family would be without you and that's something I never want to find out. I am your little girl always. Thanks for all you've done and will do.

Not sure if this is your step-father or what, but I feel the same way about mine even though he is not my biological dad, he has been there for me through it all. Hugs xx
