THIS FRUSTRATED BLOGGER NEEDS YOUR HELP!
So I had this really cool post planned for today, a little bit of Anthropologie and a little bit of World Market, it was awesome, but when I went to upload the photos, blogger told me that I had run out of photo space in my Picasa Web Albums. What?
I went to delete the photos to make more space and it told me that it would delete it permanently from my blog. Again, What? Good thing I didn't see this yesterday or it seriously would have been a birthday ruiner.
So all you crafty, thrifty, and smart blogger divas out there, do you have any advice for this conundrum? Are there any ways around paying the monthly fee for more space? I hope answers comes fast because this girl is a little peeved.

You can sign up for a free flickr account and link your photos from there. That's what I do and it's worked out for me.

If you host your pictures on an outside source, I use Photobucket, you can add your pictures directly to you blog posts/blog.

Ooh...no fun! Did you actually download Picasa onto your computer, or are you just uploading directly from your post? I'm trying to do some recon to help out one of my favorite bloggie ladies. Happy belated birthday by the way!

Yep. This happened to me and I cried. It kept happening so I kept postponing picture posts and eventually broke down and purchased to $2.50 25GB storage. I don't understand why I can't remove pictures from my Picasa albums and only have them stored on my computer? WHY does it have to delete everything off my hard drive if I remove it?
WAAAHH! I'm a baby but yes, I think you'll have to purchase friend. :(

don't pay! resist! you just have to upload them somewhere that will save it with a url! flickr doesn't have the option anymore, i don't think and photobucket eventually deletes.
but! upload them directly to pinterest! blogger lets you upload photos from a url, and if you upload your picture directly to pinterest and click through to the page, it will just be your picture and a url. wala! problem solved!
