friday favorites

This is not another wonderful place in Sarasota. Actually that's a lie. It is another place in Sarasota, but a place you probably all have been to more than you care to mention. This is also not more of my instagram pictures. You're welcome. This is just a little surprise morning that me and my man got to spend together. It was Tuesday morning, and my alarm was set for 9:15. I have gotten into the habit of waking up early these days, which I told you about here. But in the midst of doing a "I'm in an uncomfortable position and need to roll over," I happened to open my eyes, and there was Jared, walking into my room. This left me slightly confused as to why he was at my house, and even more confused as to why he was at my house before my early alarm was set to go off. As I managed to mumble, "What are you doing here?" He answered. "Get up because I'm taking you to breakfast." The heavens opened and angels started singing; right there in my room mind you. I adore breakfast, so the sweetest thing anyone can do is take me on a breakfast date. He then informed me that he was taking me to Starbucks and taking himself to McDonald's. Say what? You may refer to the picture of him eating his second Sausage McGriddle along with his Starbucks chocolate milk. That boy can eat, and Starbucks prices are not for a growing boy that eats. So there we sat, eating our little breakfast of McDonald's and Starbucks together. I couldn't think of a better way to spend an early Tuesday morning.
